A cheese plate

We left the city by car, heading towards the pass that leads to Switzerland.

Along the way I found it … a typical restaurant, like there are others, of high quality, but not unique.

Its uniqueness lived in the cheese platter. An infinite tasting, which through 20 products arranged in a spiral, from the freshest to the most seasoned.

It was enough to make a complete dinner, accompanied by jams and honey and a sip of beer.
